As part of registration, all pool pass owners are asked to pledge 6 hours of volunteer time (OR donate $75 as a Volunteer Hours "replacement").
Thank you to the families who have already fulfilled their 6 hours AND THEN SOME! We appreciate all of your hard work to help make KPP run and be an amazing place for our community. (see below for list)
WHY YOUR TIME IS SO VALUABLE TO KPP
KPP is completely volunteer run nonprofit org (with only the exception of the paid lifeguard employees). That means that we rely solely on our wonderful community to exist! The volunteer board of directors and pool pass holders give their time to make the organization run: business operations & finances, events, snack bar, rentals, lifeguard management, LPS programs, pool, grounds & maintenance, and much more!!! Without everyone pitching in, KPP would not exist.

Get involved today: below are some options to volunteer, but we are open to your ideas! Do you have an improvement project you want to do? Or an idea for an event that you want to run? Let us know!
EVENTS SUPPORT: Help to run an upcoming event on the calendar, or run an event that you'd like to create. Upcoming opportunities include but not limited to:
Join the committees for the Aug 17 KID PARTY or the Sept 7 ADULT PARTY. We need help planning and volunteers for set up, clean up, games, and more.
Plan & run a KPP Bake Sale
Run your own event: contact us with your ideas!
PAST EVENT 4th of July: We need grill masters to cook the hot dogs & burgers, people to run game tournaments (ie cornhole), set-up & clean-up crews.
PAST EVENT New Members Mimosas & Muffins event (July 13th 10am): bake some pastries or help with set-up
POOL, GROUNDS, MAINTENANCE: We need help keeping things fixed & clean. Volunteer to help with:
Weeding/trimming/raking/cleaning & sweeping the pool deck
CLUBHOUSE PAINTING PROJECT! We need some people who want to help putty & paint the clubhouse exterior trim. Contact Barbara to coordinate at bgrady77@gmail.com
Skimming the pool, chem tests
Kitchen & bathroom cleaning

We understand that time=$, and that some people prefer to not volunteer time to help make KPP successful, but rather donate money. If you are unable to fulfill your volunteer pledge, we ask that you donate $75. You can pay for your "Volunteer Time Donation" via check or simply click here to pay online:
