ANYONE can join our amazing pool and community! We pride ourselves for not excluding any person or family based on race/religion/gender/neighborhood/etc. ALL are welcome to join.

*note: Residents and veterans receive lower pricing. We happily welcome non-residents and offer both day and annual passes.

Residential Boundary: North of Arapahoe Rd. to along Orchard Rd.; East of University to West of Colorado Blvd.

Resident category is for those households within the specific nearby neighborhood boundaries.

Non-Resident category is anyone outside of the Resident boundary. All are welcome!! No one is excluded!

Can I bring guests to swim with me? Yes! Guests of annual pass holders are allowed to visit Kings Point Pool and facilities IF the following are true:

1. Guests are accompanied by the pass holder at all times

2. Annual pass holders use a guest pass (one for each guest per day)

*Guest passes are available for purchase by annual pass holders at $110 per 10-pack

**Guests must follow KPP pool rules and are subject to removal from property if rules are violated ***All guests must sign liability waiver prior to use of pool and facility

For a 2 person household, you can buy an "Individual Pass". Then you are able to purchase the add-on of an "Additional Individual Pass".

Weekend workouts are free and open to all: NO pool pass required.

KPP's mission is to provide health and wellness opportunities to our community including free weekend workouts, volleyball, and other events. All are welcome to attend and do not require pool pass.

Regular daily swim is for pool pass holders (plus guests with use of guest pass). Please purchase a swim pass and complete registration and waiver to be a season pool pass holder.
